About Me
The Biz Was Born in a Hotel Room…
No really — Palette and Blueprint started in the middle of chaos.
Back in 2024, while staying in a hotel for weeks with my mom as my dad recovered in the hospital, I opened my laptop to find a distraction…and what I found instead was my calling.
What began as designing templates to help fellow designers navigate the messy backend of biz has evolved into something so much bigger:
A movement for solo, self-taught interior designers who are tired of being underestimated — and finally ready to feel confident, seen, and supported.
Because I Burned Out, Too
Before all this? I burned out.
I was trying to do it all. Saying yes to everything. Running on fumes and feeding everyone’s vision but my own.
What I didn’t realize at the time was this:
Your creativity is the lifeblood of your business — and if you don’t protect it, the whole thing starts to crumble.
I learned that the hard way.
And now? I teach designers how to run their biz in a way that protects their joy, their energy, and their creativity — on purpose. Because that’s the real secret sauce to sustainable success.
A Space for the Self-Taught, Soul-Led Designers
I didn’t go the traditional route. No design degree, no fancy alumni network.
*Just* online certifications, a sharp creative eye, and years of real experience — first as a freelancer, then as a designer at an architectural firm here in Finland.
What I did bring to the table? A background in corporate finance. A knack for systems. And the hard-earned wisdom of building businesses from scratch.
So when I saw so many wildly talented interior designers struggling with burnout, imposter syndrome, and “I’m not legit enough” thoughts — I knew what I had to do.
I built the space I wish I had when I started. And still need years in biz.

When I’m not helping designers build the backend of their dreams, you’ll find me in the gym lifting heavy things, snuggling my three dogs (and two birds — yes, it’s a zoo), embarrassing my teenage sons when I do my internet thing, or geeking out over new design software just for fun.
